Availability & Booking

Checking availability of the cottage can be done by choosing your dates below and clicking the 'Enquire' button. For weekly bookings Friday is the changeover day.

Once your requested dates have been received we'll contact you confirm the booking. At the same time a deposit of 30% of the total weekly booking should be made, short break deposits will be negotiated. Payments for the deposit could be made either by BACS payment or by cheque (details will be supplied).

The cottage will only be secured for your preferred dates once the deposit and completed booking form has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once booking has been confirmed the balance will be due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday + £100 damage deposit. The amount and date that this is due will be in the deposit confirmation email. We regret that no reminder will be sent.

If you are booking your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date, the total weekly rental due + £100 damage deposit will be required.

The cottage is cleaned between each booking but it would be appreciated if you can leave it in a clean and tidy state when you vacate it. Any extra cleaning charges incurred will be taken from the damage deposit.

Following your departure from the cottage and if there is no damage/problems, the damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks.
